Gorgeous, year-round, deep aqua (turquoise blue) color. Premiere designer. Lovely, silk weave fabric. Fully lined. Unique wrap, open blazer/cover-up can be worn long and loose like a jacket, but is soft and supple enough to be tied at the waist as shown and belted with a nobi -- a very classy, "Vogue" look. Sleeves can be rolled to any length and the roomy shoulders are reminiscent of Asian elegance. Skirt has zipper back and kick slit at hem.
